As a chronic migraine haver could you please stock some high CBD flower every now and then? It's so frustrating not being able to find the one thing that actually made my brain feel better (without destroying my liver like NSAIDs)
- Steven SwintJuly 26, 2026
I’ve wasted my time several times driving all the way here for them to be out of things on their website that let’s you order only to get there and they don’t have time and time again.

Literally as my husband is checking out, like his order being rung up at the register about to pay, the clock turned 9pm and the guy wouldn't finalize the sale, but my husband seen someone else able to finalize there transaction. Like how u gonna have someone stand there and have there order ready and just gotta pay and then tell them no. Bad enough when he called prior the women on the phone said that even the she is on the floor she won't confirm or denied if they have what we was putting on reservation to pick up. Absolutely shocked by the rudeness. Never had this happen all the times he has went there. But the absolute rudeness and dis respect is definitely enough for us to take our business elsewhere. Very disappointed

Hopped on my second account to leave this review. Not here to hate, but I’m a very frustrated with how Green Goods allows their customers to abuse the pre-order system. On the website, customers are required to acknowledge that they are not supposed to enter the store for their pick up until they receive a confirmation text. Obviously, this allows for the bud tenders to pre-pack orders and keep that line of the business moving efficiently. Yet, it’s common practice for people to ignore this acknowledgement and enter both the store and the “pre-order” line almost immediately after placing an order, simply because the customers doesn’t want to follow the rules and wait in the “walk-in” line. The other night, I waited almost 20 minutes prior to close before I was told to just leave. I would’ve easily been seen by an attendant, but I saw literally 4+ customers come in and use this “loop-hole” to skip ahead of me and the people who are actually following the rules. I also imagine this must be annoying for the bud-tenders who call for, “the next pre-order” and then they immediately have to pack the bag like a regular walk in order. It’s disrespectful to the customers who respect each other and the bud tenders and literally defeats the purpose of pre-ordering. Love this for their staff, but this needs to be addressed

Insane prices, eternal wait times, all the charm of a TSA checkpoint. Can't wait to never come back here lmao as much as I loved watching 5 med customers get immediately served as I waited for 30 minutes or whatever.

A bit of dispensaries all over the country. This is the most disorganized and slowest one I’ve ever been to their system makes no sense. They were letting people who just walked in come and get orders when from the same registers as people who are waiting in line for 20 minutes already.

As a visitor from out of state I saw on Reddit Green Goods was the best in the area quality products. On my first visit I was served by Mateo who was extremely patient, friendly, and insighful in recommanding some great products based on my taste. What he recommended was so great I cam back a few days later and was served this time by Elle who provided the same quality of service. They are both great people and I wish more people in customer service were that good.

If you’re in a hurry this isn’t your place. I stood in line for an over an hour as they let medical patients in and out, just to discover they don’t accept tap pay. Payment options aren’t posted anywhere and I’ll definitely never come here again
