UPDATED: This WAS a five-star review. I WAS thankful for the year of service. I WAS appreciative for the service I was received the majority of the time. Now? You get one and the one is for the security man outside the location every night (who I tipped out every time I left). The idea that a return customer can come to your location with not only a birth certificate but vehicle registration AND proof of identity with my driver's license number and name matching the account on file AND is an industry card holder...and you (Mike) turn him away has got to be one of the most disrespectful and inconsiderate customer service moves I've seen in a very long time. Hundreds of dollars were spent at your location, countless tips given out in good faith and appreciation, free tickets offered for your company to do a group building experience. And I can't come in to get one gram of flower? Very very concerning and an absolute turn off. My future business will be taken elsewhere. UPDATE: 07/24/2026 No, Deanne, I did not come in with an expired license and I used to work in a dispensary in CA before NV Was even legal; you don't need to preach rules to me.

I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time now, but I fear that’s going to come to an end because I’ve noticed a significant decline in the service. I used to go to the Centennial location closest to my house, but the service there was absolutely horrendous, so I started making the 25-minute drive to this location because, at first, the customer service here was great. Unfortunately, I’m starting to see the same pattern all over again. I’m not sure if there’s new management or an entirely new staff, but the last few times I’ve come here, I’ve had to get out of my car and retrieve my own curbside order. I’ve literally sat in my car watching customers who arrived after me park, walk inside, place their orders, check out, and leave all while I’m still sitting there waiting for the order I placed ahead of time. So what’s the point of offering curbside pickup if I can walk inside and get helped faster? Isn’t the entire purpose of curbside convenience and efficiency? Who exactly is being expedited here when the people who ordered ahead of time are waiting longer than the walk-in customers? I place my order online in advance for what? To sit in the parking lot wondering if anyone even knows I’m there? Then when I finally go inside to get my own order, no one even acknowledges the inconvenience. There’s no apology, I’m simply rung up as if I didn’t just spend all that time watching everyone else get helped before me despite placing my order ahead of time. If this happens again, I’ll find another dispensary to give my business to. That’ll make two Cultivate locations that have run me off, and that’s a shame because I pass multiple dispensaries just to stay loyal to this company. Loyalty only goes so far when the service becomes this horrendous
