Went to planet 13 while on my birthday trip to Vegas. I was highly let down. 1. If you buy something from the dispensary you can not take it into the lounge despite it being the same building in a sealed bag their employees give you. 2. If you go into the lounge. There is no cover fee so that's cool. But what you buy in the lounge you have to smoke. You can not take the rest with you if you don't finish it. 3. I paid $75 for a joint flight and an infused drink. The joint flight. Was three .5 joints that were mediocre at best. And the blueberry drink tasted like fermented blueberry juice. It was hard to swallow. 4. In the dispensary it self was very over whelming. And spent another $75 on a pack of 10 joints equaling a total of 7 grams and a birthday joint. I haven't smoked these yet as I wasn't allowed to in the lounge. 5. They have a cute $10 tattoo studio. However the wait time is extensive. And once you put your name on the list you either wait. Or lose your money because you left after waiting 2 hours. And while waiting the security is making sure you don't lean against the walls. You don't sit down. And your waiting in the "ropes" which could only hold maybe 10 people with out being shoulder to shoulder. And there was no sitting area with in the ropes. Not worth the hype in my expiernce

Expensive but can have good deals and sales like the managers special. Everything else is cheaper at the place across the street. The checkout process is also strange and confusing. However, the cashier's were knowledgeable and helpful do I left a tip.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Jeff today. He called for our order confirmation and almost doubled our order for less than $10 plus points! Thank you so much for going out of your way to save us money and the quality of the product is probably better than what we had originally picked out haha Thank you again!

As a local, I have to say we’ve been coming here for years. I’m not a huge fan of the recent changes to the AI assistants or the lack of clear local pricing on the app and website. That said, your staff truly make the difference. Once you get a budtender on the phone, the interactions are always chill, efficient, funny, and playful. Jeff absolutely made my day today! The drivers are always dope too, so I also want to shout out Mitchell, our driver. Thanks, Planet 13!

If you want to overpay for a “experience” come on in. Dispo has no deals and is high on price. Bud wrangler guy wouldn't help me and sent me back to the kiosk to figure it out, and then come back. Very disappointed
