- Ro Dell'AcquaJuly 24, 2026
Knowledgeable staff! Always very kind and willing to help you out-and not in the customer service way where they get annoyed after 2 minutes. Great variety of product & weights!

I was in town visiting from out of state, honestly mesmerized how much has changed since I moved out of New York State and how now there's dispensaries. I needed help to grab me some goodies before going back home. I probably looked lost or they were just doing their job but Nimith noticed &helped me out tremendously in figuring out what to get. I had questions about different products, the effects of them, and explained what I was basically looking for. I received answers everything and had a wonderful pleasant experience. This was my first time stepping foot in any dispensary. I only visit Upstate New York once a year if I'm lucky. I definitely plan stopping here again my next trip thanks to this pleasant experience.

It was magical.
- Emily WirthJuly 23, 2026
Nimith is the only reason I take the 30 minute drive, despite passing other dispensaries. They go out of their way to show me the deals and what is new. Friendly and informative goes a long way. Love being able to recycle the all in ones!

Do not go here. This is the second time I dealt with a nasty rude lady who doesn’t know customer service. I placed an order online and because I showed up at 9:00 on the dot she wouldn’t process my order, but was able to help the person inside because he came before 9:00. It’s just disgusting to treat people who want to give you their business this way and I will absolutely support another business before ever supporting this place again, which is a shame because a very nice gentleman helped me out the other day and threw in matches which was honestly the only reason I decided to come back after dealing with this woman the first time before that. She was very happy to deny me business and is just one of those people who seem miserable so they enjoy being unkind to others, just gross.
